In the thirty or so years of working in leadership positions within complex organisations, I've come to recognise that not only is change a constant – but that it is also fundamental and necessary.
Acceptance of the impact of change, amid the day-to-day demands of decision-making and management, is not often easy – or a top priority – for organisation leaders. My experience has always been that the view of objective, and, necessarily, outside counsel can be invaluable.
So it is very satisfying to me that I am able to provide my services to individuals and organisations that might benefit from my insight, experience and knowledge to work in partnership with organisations to develop :
